Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which police said was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
